Hotel Accommodation

The organisers have reserved rooms in the Hotel Crowne Plaza Helsinki. Alternative accommodation can be reserved at Hotel Scandic Continental and in Hotel Arthur.

To obtain the special conference rates, bookings must be made on the registration form. If no rooms are available in the hotel of your first choice, reservation will be made for the next possible alternative. Buffet breakfast and Finnish sauna are included. The room rates are quoted per night per room, including VAT 8%. For a double room (two persons, two beds) please give your room mate's name. Please make your room reservation as early as possible. We cannot guarantee rooms for late registrations.

The hotel requires a deposit of one night's room rate, which is to be paid in advance, in connection with registration. Rest of the hotel costs are to be paid directly to the hotel on departure. Please note that hotels do not send invoices out. Prices are per room per night incl. breakfast and VAT.

Please, make sure you inform your time of arrival on your registration form. If your arrival is later than at 6 pm and you have not informed Tampere Conference Service or the hotel about late arrival, your booking cannot be guaranteed.
